I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westcord Hotel in Vlieland, and it was a delightful experience anchored by its prime location in the heart of the village. The standout feature of our stay was the room with a stunning sea view-waking up to that scene was a peaceful way to start each day. As evening rolled in, I cherished the ambiance of the hotel bar. Here, I indulged in an island-inspired nightcap, complementing the effort put into creating a cozy lounge atmosphere. The restaurant, 't Praethuys, served a breakfast buffet with ample choices, all quite standard, yet satisfying enough to fuel our explorations of stunning nearby landscapes.
